About Us

Julie Koralewski is a proud lifelong Maumee resident who, along with her husband Tom, has raised their family right here in the city they all call home. Julie is the co-founder of the Citizens of Maumee Action Committee (CMAC), where she serves on the leadership team, helping drive initiatives that strengthen the community and encourage civic engagement. Professionally, she’s a Senior Loan Officer with Ruoff Mortgage, where she enjoys helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. Julie’s passion for Maumee shines through in everything she does—both personally and professionally.


John Sayre was raised in Springfield Township and he and Karin have called Maumee home for the past 8 years. He’s a proud local business owner of a freight brokerage business and the founder of Blessings in Disguise, a Maumee-based nonprofit that helps people in Metro Toledo including Maumee with life’s unexpected medical challenges by providing free medical equipment. John also serves on the leadership team for Citizens Maumee Action Committee(CMAC) and is a current member of the Maumee Charter Review Commission. Whether it’s through his business, nonprofit, or civic involvement, John is passionate about giving back and helping Maumee continue to grow as a great place to live and work.
